Job Description: Discovery is a BCBA-led ABA therapy provider, delivering the highest quality individualized behavioral therapy to children and adolescents in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
- Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
Requirements:
- Possession of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
