Job Summary : Supervisor / Lead Caregiver role involves the employee working with community leaders in identifying activities to promote program, performing the actions necessary to admit clients (admissions, assessments, service plan), provide support and guidance to caregivers within the area assigned (interviews, training, competency, supervisor visits) and, when needed, providing support services for the clients with consideration of dignity and privacy.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited High School or equivalent preferred.
- Ability read, write and follow directions.
- At least 18 years of age and has demonstrated competency.
- Reliable transportation.
- Work positively and favorably with clients, families, and staff.
- Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
- Not listed on the Nurse Aide Registry / Employee Misconduct Registry with a finding against the aide relating to client abuse or neglect or misappropriation of client property.
