Responsibilities:
Provides skilled Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Registered Therapist.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years
- Must be licensed by the State
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
