We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Child Care Director to lead our center with a strong focus on staff management, program development, and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a coach and mentor—guiding and training staff to ensure they provide the highest quality care and education to the children. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee curriculum implementation, facility management, and foster open communication between teachers and parents.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee, train, and mentor staff to maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing team.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and staff development programs.
- Ensure staff meets licensing requirements and center expectations.
Curriculum & Program Oversight:
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with the center’s vision and provides an enriching learning experience.
- Monitor classroom activities and offer guidance to improve instructional quality.
Facility & Operations Management:
- Ensure the center meets health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee facility maintenance and improvements to create a safe, welcoming environment.
Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement marketing ideas to increase enrollment and community involvement.
- Represent the center at local events to build relationships and promote services.
Parent & Teacher Communication:
- Foster a strong partnership between parents and teachers through regular updates, meetings, and events.
- Ensure parents receive timely communication about their child’s progress and center updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience in child care management, early childhood education, or staff training.
