Position :
Discovery Cube invites you to join our outstanding team! We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service, sales-focused, task-oriented, and capable of solving problems.
Responsibilities :
The Sales Support Specialist will handle inbound guest service calls, respond to website inquiries, support online bookings for admissions, events and our educational programs, and assist with various sales initiatives and tasks. Additional responsibilities include navigating multiple systems at once, effectively articulating and selling our products, and organizing and executing various sales-related tasks. This role requires a self-starter who learns quickly, possesses excellent guest service skills, can multi-task, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Some college coursework or a Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience in Guest Services or Sales; Hospitality or Theme park experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking
- A consummate professional with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Galaxy Reservation System experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and professional demeanor
- Full- time, including weekends
