Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gatesville, TX for a Solar Construction Manager. The Solar Construction Manager will oversee the daily operations of solar construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, managing project schedules, ensuring construction safety protocols are followed, and handling budgeting and project controls.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Supervisory Skills and Construction Management
• Strong knowledge of Budgeting and Project Control
• Expertise in Construction Safety and industry standards
• Ability to work on-site in Gatesville, TX and manage teams effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
