Discovery Learning Center in McKinney is hiring for multiple positions We are looking for loving, reliable, punctual person. Candidate must be 18 years and above with High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood development is a plus. All compensations are based on experience and education.

Duties:
- DLC will provide curriculum teacher have to implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans for children in the daycare center
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Supervise and monitor children at all times to ensure their safety
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting is required .- Must have experience with children.
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
