As an Employee Shuttle Driver for Gozzer Ranch, you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Your key areas of responsibility are outlined below:
Key Area #1: Member Experience and Vibe
- Greet our member and member guests promptly upon arrival
- Always provide our member and member guests prompt and professional service
- Exceed member and member guest expectations
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing our Gozzer brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Give personal attention and take personal responsibility for a member and member guest experience
Key Area #2: Teamwork
- Work intentionally to include ALL Gozzer Employees
- Create good working relationships with ALL Gozzer Employees
- Maintain a courteous attitude toward ALL Gozzer Employees
Key Area #3: Daily Operations
- Provide safe and timely transportation for Gozzer employees to and from Gozzer property.
- Adhere to all local and state traffic and driving laws at all times.
- Prompt and responsible adherence to fixed daily shuttle route and schedule.
- Daily reporting of shuttle attendance counts and gas purchases.
- Effectively communicate with management with any route or schedule updates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of shuttle vehicles.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Valid Drivers License required.
- Must pass a Background Check.
- Must have a safe driving record.
- Ability to work effectively with all personality types.
- Ability to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, morning, and nights.
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions and temperatures.
