Seasonal Bartender

Job Title: Seasonal Full-Time Bartender
About the Job: Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Service Department for the Summer 2025 season.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with culinary and F&B leaders to create exceptional culinary standards.
• Provide exceptional service and communication with members/guests and team members.
• Execute craft cocktails, follow recipes, and serve beverages according to company standards.
• Present extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients.
• Enter transactions into POS system, issue accurate checks, and close sales timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• H2B Visa Sponsorship: In-country extension candidates with an active H-2B visa.
• At least one year of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced establishment.
• Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards.
• Robust knowledge of wines and beverages.

• Ability to work flexible hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Daily travel to worksite within the area of intended employment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
