Key Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment services according to the Discovery Clinical Model.
- Ensure patient safety and complete clinical documentation timely throughout the course of treatment.
- Facilitate clinical assessments, conduct individual and family therapy sessions, and other case management tasks.
- Complete appropriate number of therapy sessions weekly for patients, including family/support system sessions aligned with the patients' level of care.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
- SUD experience/certification with experience in substance use and mental health.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire.
