Seeking Kind and Driven Lead Therapist
Fully Licensed: LPC, LMFT, LCSW ONLY
$5,000 sign on bonus!
We are seeking a Lead Therapist to join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing treatment services to individuals who suffer from addiction. We want you and your team to come to the facility every day knowing what it takes to “win” for the day. We accomplish that by looking at and providing the team the key daily metrics that help them stay on track, provide a WOW experience to our clients, and leave each day knowing where they stand.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the clinical monitoring, coordinating, and implementing of the mental health program in accordance with state and JCAHO Standards
- Serve as supervisor/lead for a team of Full-Time Therapists. Additionally, the Lead Therapist role serves as a clinical and administrative support and guidance for the clinical team.
- Provides one-to-one therapy and follow-up of patients who suffer from substance abuse
- Providers group therapy and family therapy
- Provides input to facility administration regarding treatment response and progress reports of patients on a regularly scheduled basis
- Monitors and documents treatment responses of patients and documents
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely entries are made for each patient
- Application of standards form the basis for Quality Assurance criteria
- Develops and conducts in-service education programs according to the annual in-service calendar
- Actively assists with the detection and prevention of patient suicide
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas with LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience supervising staff
- 1 years experience working in a substance use treatment preferred
- Strong communication skills among patients and within all necessary departments
- Must be able to work onsite and in-person at our facility in Waxahachie!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
