Clinical Director needed at our Recovery Treatment Center in Desert Hot Springs, CA.
The ideal candidate will have Substance Abuse industry experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in the Substance Abuse Industry and is eager to lead a team of counselors at our treatment facility in the DFW-metroplex. We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing treatment services to individuals who suffer from addiction. We want you and your team to come to the facility every day knowing what it takes to “win” for the day. We accomplish that by looking at and providing the team the key daily metrics that help them stay on track, provide a WOW experience to our clients, and leave each day knowing where they stand.

Responsibilities include:
- Clinical monitoring, coordinating, and implementing of the substance abuse/mental health program in accordance with DSHS/HHSC state and Joint Commission Standards
- Actively coaching members of the clinical team, providing career growth and development, and setting curriculum for ongoing education for all clinical providers
- Actively manage and make available to your team performance metrics to empower them to meet and exceed clinical team goals and outcomes
- Provides one-to-one intervention and follow-up of patients
- Provides input to treatment team regarding treatment response and progress reports of patients on a regularly scheduled basis
- Monitors all psychiatric/psychological clinical services provided
- Monitors and documents treatment responses of patients
- Ensures complete, accurate, and timely entries are made for each service provided
- Performs Bio-psychosocial assessments, evaluates mental health status of patients, and performs follow-ups in a timely manner
- Ensure clinical services provided and documented meet and exceed expectations set by 3rd party insurance payors
- Actively assists with the detection and prevention of patient suicide
- Work with Utilization Review Department to streamline documentation process
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is Required
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Director or Program Director experience
- At least 3 years working in an eating disorder or substance abuse setting
- Must have be open to a flexible work schedule depending on the demands of the program
- Experience with an EMR and Asana a plus
- Ability to work onsite full-time at our facility in Desert Hot Springs, CA

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
