Seeking compassionate Recovery Coach for our Eating Disorder Treatment Center. In Weatherford, TX locations.

Our Recovery Coach will work on all levels of care for client treatment of eating disorders, with the opportunity to work with a diverse population. Perfect opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in a treatment facility.

Available Openings (12 hour shifts): 7pm-7am, days of the week will vary

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with the supervision of patients' in their daily activities
• Ensure the patient’s follow clinical schedule
• Transport patients to and from appointments as needed
• Make continuous rounds of the facility to ensure patient safety
• Assist in overseeing all patient activities
• Redirecting and reporting patient’s if rules are broken
• Ensure housekeeping and upkeep of buildings and grounds are clean
• Prepare rooms for patient admission and discharges
• Seek corrective criticism and has the ability to evaluate suggestions objectively
• Attend in-services and educational training as necessary and as assigned
• Seek out learning experiences and incorporates new knowledge in practice
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to expected and unexpected changes in the work environment
• Report personal symptoms of suspected illness of contagious diseases to Facility Supervisor/COO
• Maintain safety of the physical environment
• Complete UDS for patients
• Organize and function independently in an office environment
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
• Required to maintain certifications up to date

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years' driving experience
• Experience in the field of eating disorder/chemical dependency/substance abuse/psychiatric setting or human services field preferred
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clear driving record approved by Eating Disorder Solutions insurance carrier
• Complete TB testing upon being hired
• Complete certifications or able to complete in CPR, HIPAA, HIV/AIDS, PCI/Aggression, Infection Control, UDS (Urine Drug Screen)
• Flu Shot up to date
