Registered Nurse
Seeking a RN or LVN for our Eating Disorder Treatment Center in Weatherford, TX

Openings:
- Day Shift (0630-1830)
- PRN Day (0600-1830) & PRN NOC (1800-0630)
General Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily nursing assessments and document accordingly.
- Educate clients about their treatment, eating disorder, and other co-occurring diagnoses
- Educate clients regarding medication use and side effects
- Respond to emergencies and initiates action as required
- Utilize the 6 Rights of Medication Administration effectively
- Demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior
- Maintain confidentiality of patients’ medical and personal information
- Demonstrate compassion and professionalism and a commitment to excellent patient care
- Communicate with multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and supportive treatment to clients
Qualifications:
- Must have an active and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse/LVN from an approved certifying body
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of chemical dependency, mental health, and eating disorders preferred
- Recently licensed nurses are considered
- Ability to communicate and lead effectively
- Ability to keep records and prepare reports
- Maintain all certifications/licenses active as per JCAHO requirements (including but not limited to RN license, CPR, etc.)
