Job Title: Regional Registrar
Reports To: Regional Director of Student Information System
Qualifications: Experience using student database programs preferred; General office and computer skills necessary, excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop effective working relationships with staff.
Job Goal: Responsible for maintaining accurate student records.
Regional Registrar Duties:
- Enroll new students; obtain and maintain student records such as grades, transcripts, immunization records, cumulative folders and all general data by corresponding with previously attended high schools.
- Enter transfer courses from students' previous transcripts into Infinite Campus in a timely and accurate manner.
- Determine if students have ever received special services of any kind and notify the appropriate staff.
- Coordinate requests for student records.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain active and archived student records.
- Assist with Georgia HOPE reporting.
- Assist the SIS coordinator with state reporting of student data
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Full/Part- Time Position
Hours: 8:00-2:00
