• Responsible for performing manufacturing procedures and executing scheduled tasks within a GMP environment.

• Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Technical abilities and troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma

• Support manufacturing processes within the assigned department/area.
• Operate manufacturing equipment based on established written procedures and work rules.
• Ensure product quality and safety on the assigned line and achieve production standards in both quantity and quality.
• Understand and follow cGMP and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean operating environment through light cleaning duties.
• Write maintenance summaries for assembly and workstation areas as needed.
• Execute quality checks as per department/area requirements and document findings.
• Perform tasks such as stocking, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Ensure punctuality and availability for each scheduled shift.

• Maintain a safe work environment and work safely.
• Wear safety equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, safety cap, etc.).
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and pleasant work environment with teamwork and respect for colleagues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure product quality and quantity.
• Document process steps on appropriate batch documentation.
• Attain and maintain qualification for operating assigned process equipment and duties.
• Setup and operate equipment.
• Unpack/pack and load/unload components and products on the lines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Possess basic math and computer skills with the ability to learn more detailed tasks.
