Discovery Therapy is seeking an excellent Personal Care Assistant, RBT and ABA-PCA to join our Early Intervention community team within Montgomery County, PA area.
Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that are in the need of Personal Care Assistant, RBT and ABA-PCA Services.
We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available. *1099 Contractor Position*

The Personal Care Assistant, RBT and ABA-PCA will work directly, one-on-one (1:1) with children in preschools, daycares or home environment. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 4-7 hours each day. The Personal Care Assistant, RBT and ABA-PCA therapist will work 1:1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare or home environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- One-on-One (1:1) support for kiddos
- Providing assistance to children who could have behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitation or a neurological diagnosis
- Implementing instructional strategies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma REQUIRED
- CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED
- Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self care needs in 3-5 age group PREFERRED
Salary : $13 - $20
