Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote childhood development.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages students to explore, learn, and grow.
- Educate students in various subjects, with an emphasis on literacy education and physical education.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child's learning journey.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods to ensure educational goals are met.
- Foster strong relationships with students to support their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the school.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience teaching physical education is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and literacy education techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
