We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Charge Nurse will play a pivotal role in managing daily nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and providing leadership and support to nursing staff. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Patient Care Management:**
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop nursing care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
2. **Staff Leadership:**
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and nursing assistants.
- Assign and delegate patient care assignments to ensure balanced workloads and effective team functioning.
- Provide orientation and training for new staff members.
3. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and enhance patient care.

**Qualifications:**
