As an Atelierista, you'll play a vital role in creating an enriching environment where children aged 2.9 to 5 years can thrive and grow using the renowned Reggio Emilia approach.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Inspire Wonder : Spark curiosity and wonder in young hearts by ensuring children have opportunities to use new art mediums and explore themes of interest.
- Nurture Growth : Cultivate a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere where children can flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
- Be a Mentor : Serve as a guiding light for children as they explore the world around them, encouraging independence, problem-solving, and self-expression.
- Embrace Creativity : Foster a love for art, music, storytelling, and imaginative play to unlock each child's unique potential.
- Create Connections : Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and the community to ensure holistic development and personalized learning experiences for every child.
- Elevate Education : Actively document and interpret the childrens learning processes, making learning visible through written narratives, photographs, videos, etc.
Enhance Environment : Oversee the Atelier (art room), creating an organized and inspiring environment in which children may engage in small group work. Making the childrens learning visible through documentation
