Duties and Responsibilities:

- Nurture Growth: Cultivate a supportive and stimulating learning atmosphere where children can flourish emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
- Be a Mentor: Serve as a guiding light for children as they explore the world around them, encouraging independence, problem-solving, and self-expression.
- Embrace Creativity: Foster a love for art, music, storytelling, and imaginative play to unlock each child's unique potential.
- Create Connections: Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and the community to ensure holistic development and personalized learning experiences for every child.
- Elevate Education: Actively document and interpret the children’s learning processes, making learning visible through written narratives, photographs, videos, etc.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or some college education.
- Passionate about or eager to learn about the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
- EEC certification and background clearance.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification, along with recent physical examination documentation.
- Gentle, nurturing personality with a genuine love for children.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary, Benefits & Hours:

- Salary range - $22-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and EEC teacher qualification level
- Benefits – 56 hours of PTO, 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year, 15 paid Holidays, 4 paid professional development days, medical, dental, vision, 401k, Life Insurance and more!
- Hours: Full time, 40 hrs./wk.
