What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Channel Director position at Discreet Company?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to own the partner sales development to drive scale, partner enablement, marketing and all related programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing revenue-generating channel programs. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and will lead a global channel team.
Location: United States (Eastern Time Zone Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth across channel and alliance segments partnering with the Sales and Sales Engineering teams
- Lead and mentor a global channel and alliance team focused on delivering revenue growth across all partner types and professional development
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs to support and enable channel partners to generate excitement and interest within the channel community
- Collaborate with marketing to develop training materials and resources to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities such as events, webinars and other activities
- Create and refine processes that streamline partner engagement and support ensuring consistency and quality in partner interactions and program delivery
- Implement tools and systems to track and measure partner performance and program success
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to foster loyalty and commitment.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of channel sales management experience with a proven track record of scaling programs in the cyber security industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and working cross-functionally
- Ability to travel as needed to support global channel partners and events
