Salary Range : $170,000-$200,000 base plus 0.5% - 0.8% equity.

Role Overview :

As the first design hire, you will shape the interface that introduces millions of knowledge workers to AI and turn advancing AI capabilities into products that people use every day. You will work on the entire product experience from users signing up to becoming power users.

We’re at an inflection point where AI reasoning and code generation capabilities make applications like analyzing data and visualizing information possible. The interface for how humans will interact with these capabilities is nascent, and you will define it. You will own design at a company that is tackling these challenges head-on, has proven traction, and a strong team.

What you will work on :

Our client serves a somewhat general-purpose audience. Our main users are knowledge workers who come in varying levels of technical know-how — from financial analysts to scientists and researchers. Building a product that serves users of varying expertise is challenging but fulfilling.

• Design interfaces that introduce millions of knowledge workers to AI.
• Own the entire product experience from a user signing up to becoming a power user.
• Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to design to pixel-perfect execution to marketing.
• Define the product's visual identity and interaction patterns.
• Prototype and test new concepts in production.
• Manage and shape brand identity.
• Perform various tasks typical of a startup environment, including designing marketing pages and optimizing conversion flows.
