Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an Application Developer II on the Ticketing Admin team, you will support the Customer Experience Operations (CXO) organization in creating the architecture that allows us to serve our customers. You will build processes that ensure tickets submitted by customer service representatives on behalf of customers are provisioned, routed and managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Application Management - Managing ticketing application(s) and internal domains, including proper resolution of tickets, provisioning of users, automations / rules for tickets, routing logic, interface enhancements, and optimization of the existing tickets / processes
- End-User Experience - Assist in managing and developing the current case management system and finding innovative solutions to optimize the platform(s) and processes
- Relationship Focused - Maintaining strong relationships with various departments in the business.
- Detail Oriented - Responsible for documenting various ticketing flows and processes, database tables, and automation logic for the case management application

Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $90,000.00 / Year
