Department Summary
The Director of Software Engineering, Risk Management Systems, is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and operation of Boost Mobile's fraud mitigation and account security systems. The ideal candidate will have experience leading software engineering teams, as well as experience with information security and anti-fraud systems. Experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers in the development, maintenance, and operation of Boost Mobile's fraud mitigation and account security systems.
- Work with product management and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.
- Design and implement software solutions that meet the business needs of Boost Mobile.
- Ensure that all software systems are developed and maintained in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in information security and anti-fraud technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks to Boost Mobile's systems and data.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security of Boost Mobile's systems and data.
- Monitor Boost Mobile's systems for suspicious activity and investigate any potential security breaches.

Compensation : $185,000.00 / Year - $225,000.00 / Year
