Job Duties and Responsibilities :
OneTen is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise and an invested passion for our Dish Network brands. Our award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver, and we are in search for an Associate Creative Director - Copy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supports creative director and client partners in the development of strategies, concepts, and campaign executions
- Collaborates with agency leadership in support of team initiatives and goals
- Manages a team of direct reports, supporting each individuals professional development
- Mentors copywriters to improve skill sets and elevate the quality of creative
- Supervises multiple projects and creative teams
- Guides written and visual articulation of ideas into campaign concepts
- Directs the copy and strategic development of creative materials
- Leads teams of creatives in development of ideas
- Oversees quality control and consistency across copy and art direction
- Ensures brand identity and message consistency across channels
- Develops concepts that work across a variety of marketing channels : digital, social, website, print, pre-roll video (not traditional TV-centric)
- Executes campaigns and tactics, whether original creative or extensions of partner work
- Leads and participates in brainstorming sessions
- Ensures copy resources are allocated according to project needs
- Presents and pitches ideas to key stakeholders

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
