Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages and develops cross-functional relationships and strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
- Establishes Distribution Engineering and Maintenance goals and objectives
- Interacts with senior management to set objectives and resolve issues
- Requires the ability to change the thinking and gain acceptance from others on difficult issues
- Promotes and demonstrates DISH culture
- Drives process improvements and timely implementation of projects and tasks
- Defines processes and procedures in conjunction with Distribution Operations staff
- Monitors system performance and tracks metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provides accurate and clear communication in both written and verbal forms. Delegates effectively and shares knowledge
- Pinpoints relevant engineering and maintenance-related training needs
- Prior experience working within, or with, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Maintenance functions preferred
- Utilize robotics and automation to improve processes
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling
- Supervisory responsibility includes staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
