Job Duties and Responsibilities

Successfully market and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to customers.

Evaluate customer needs and propose the best-valued solutions.

Demonstrate resilience and the ability to recover from challenging calls while maintaining focus on broader goals.

Manage time effectively while interacting with customers, utilizing systems, and performing data entry.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, promotions, and competitive advantages.

Deliver exceptional customer service to foster lasting customer relationships.

Salary Ranges
