You would support our SVP of National RAN & Device Engineering as well as our VP of Commercial Product.
- Proactively and independently schedule appointments and meetings of varying complexity
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other complex documents
- Anticipate needs of executives and act upon them accordingly
- Attend meetings when necessary and take notes and log action items as appropriate
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond or route as appropriate
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information relating to travel, expenses, disciplinary actions, pay rates, appraisal scores, and promotions
- Network with other Executive Assistants, Executives, and other DISH teammates
- Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in Denver with some out of state travel as well
- Meet all of DISH performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all departmental metrics, productivity standards, and goals
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience working with the Executive and C-Level
- Experience managing more than one Executive's scheduling, travel and calendar
- Experience working within Fortune 200 company is a plus
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
Salary : $63,150 - $90,000
