We're seeking a strategic thinker to lead our In-Home Services supply chain, driving innovation and efficiency while empowering our technicians to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize & Optimize: Architect and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies that maximize inventory efficiency, slash costs, and elevate customer service to new heights
- Negotiate & Secure: Lead the charge in procuring essential goods and services, negotiating favorable contracts with suppliers and rigorously upholding quality standards
- Orchestrate Logistics: Oversee the warehousing and distribution network, expertly managing inventory levels, meticulously tracking shipments, and guaranteeing on-time delivery
- Cultivate Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics providers, fostering collaborative partnerships for mutual success
- Master Inventory Control: Implement and manage state-of-the-art inventory control systems, accurately tracking inventory, forecasting demand, and proactively mitigating obsolescence
- Analyze & Improve: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization across the supply chain
- Innovate & Lead: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing industry best practices and emerging supply chain technologies
- Empower & Develop: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within a large, geographically dispersed organization
Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and emerging trends
- Demonstrated success in managing intricate logistics operations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Docs) and familiarity with Manhattan Scale (a plus!)
- Working knowledge of LEAN principles and methodologies

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
