Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Wireless Infrastructure Specialist to join our Tower Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within our wireless networks, including upgrades as technology evolves. You will collaborate with Network Operations and Construction Operation teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Maintain and repair equipment within wireless networks, including upgrades as technology grows
- Collaborate with Network Operations and Construction Operation teams
- Complete work on towers at height, prioritizing safety at all times
- Contribute to Job Safety Analysis / Job Hazard Analysis at each job site
- Provide training and mentorship to employees in the field, adhering to DISH's guidelines and policies
- Up to 75% travel required

Important Considerations
- Must have the ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other equipment typically found in an office or call center environment
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to interact with, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- May frequently lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and may be required to lift to 125 pounds for short distances and/or move bulky objects
- Must meet maximum weight requirements of 250 pounds and maximum 60-inch waist size to safely use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- The employee is frequently required to wear up to 30 pounds of PPE and tools continuously while on the tower
