Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at DISH Media will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, designing, developing, and managing business intelligence tools and dashboards to optimize performance on advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate data-driven stories effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain, Design, Develop, and Manage Business Intelligence tools (dashboards)
- Develop and execute SQL Queries against a variety of data sources, types, and structures to conduct analyses and draw insights
- Surface insights and tell stories with data that can be tuned to and understood by a variety of audiences at various skill / knowledge levels
- Maintain, Design, Develop, and Manage analytics processes that optimize performance on advertising platforms
- Translate business needs into technical requirements; create tools to process and store data
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and develop and update technical documentation
- Lead and mentor less experienced analysts, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
