Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business and technology leaders to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Oversee the process of bringing new features, including requirements gathering, collaborating with the engineering team and architects and ensuring cross-functional alignment on delivery requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to proactively problem solve and prioritize initiatives with the potential to deliver the greatest business impact
- Manage product value, usability, feasibility and business risks
- Ensure artifacts are clear and understandable
- Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, the engineering team and architects for each platform component to ensure their work aligns with the larger product deliverables
- Create initiatives and epics in Jira, detailing clear acceptance criteria, objectives and scope
- Experience managing e2e projects through product lifecycle
- Lead agile ceremonies for product delivery
- Lead customer journey mapping sessions and have the ability to understand the customer experience
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- A level of technical acumen that allows you to understand and participate in solution discussions
- Experience in the wireless industry
- Excellent organizational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
- Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
- Strong experience interacting and working with multiple dev teams
- Technical proficiency in Rally, Agile Methodology experience, full understanding of CI/CD environment
