Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI / ML and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance 5G wireless operations. This role will focus on creating scalable and efficient AI-driven systems for network optimization, predictive analytics, and real-time decision-making. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI / ML capabilities into DISH's 5G infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement AI / ML models to optimize 5G network performance and integrate Generative AI technologies for advanced automation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI / ML solutions into 5G infrastructure, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.
- Optimize AI pipelines for real-time data handling, scalability, and develop APIs for seamless system communication.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines with tools like GitLab and Jenkins and leverage cloud-native technologies for scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct testing, benchmarking, and documentation to ensure AI / ML systems meet performance and functional requirements.
- Lead AI / ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to roadmaps, aligning solutions with project goals.
