Job Duties and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Social Media Content Lead who will be responsible for ideating, briefing, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled communicator, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance the company's social media presence
- Creative Ideation :
- Generate innovative and compelling content ideas that resonate with our audience and drive engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
- Briefing and Collaboration :
- Create detailed content briefs for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of objectives, target audience, and key messages
- Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content
- Content Creation and Execution :
- Oversee the creation of a wide range of content formats, including but not limited to, images, videos, infographics, blogs, and live streams
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all social media channels
- Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns from concept to completion, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Content Calendar Management :
- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated posting across all social media channels
- Schedule and launch posts in accordance with the content calendar, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum engagement
- Community Engagement :
- Foster and maintain active engagement with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and impact
- Performance Analysis :
- Analyze and interpret social media data to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies and improve overall performance

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
