Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the value of Echostar's products and services to existing and future customers using a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully position and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
- Effectively manage your time while engaging with customers, navigating systems, and handling real-time data entry
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product and service offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain customer relationships
Training and Development:
We offer a comprehensive training program that includes immersive training with computer-based modules, instructor-led sessions, hands-on activities, role-play, and call shadowing. Our robust mentorship program supports New Hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
