Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis
- Analyze historical and forecast data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Utilize dashboards and SMEs within the organization to provide visibility into key metrics and performance indicators

Supply Chain Optimization and Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement within the planning process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and methodologies to improve planning accuracy and collaboration

Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, including planning, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and transparency
Education and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, demand planning, or logistics roles
- Experience in fast paced environments is a plus
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting collaborative processes
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using data analysis software, such as Excel, SQL or Tableau
- Attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and continuous improvement focus
Working Conditions:
- 5 days per week in office (Flexibility offered around personal appointments, childcare, and other personal conflicts.)
- No anticipated travel
