Dish n Dash Restaurant, Assistant Manager
Job Summary
Provide leadership and guidance to all staff in all areas of Dish n Dash location during scheduled shifts. Ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, organization and smooth operation of restaurant overall. An assistant Manager must be able to perform all job functions of each team member including customer service, food preparation, cash accountability, back-line food preparation and cleaning procedures. Ability to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency.

General Responsibilities
Operations
· Responsible for assisting with the management of the front of the house and back of the house employees and workflow, in coordination with Store Manager and shift leads.
· Labor management duties include creating and maintaining an efficient schedule for all employees with delegation of tasks throughout the restaurant ( Front of the house and back of the house)
· Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
· Maintain inventory of all supplies and products . Place orders with vendors as needed and communicate any issues regarding vendors to District Manager
· Process necessary cash and credit card reports, as well as other necessary reporting and operations documentation
Human Resources and Safety
· Responsible for maintaining and monitoring food safety standards and best sanitation practices per county and other municipal standards
· With the assistance of Human Resources and Shift Leaders, coordinate and document hiring, performance issues and termination of employees.
· Ensure that restaurant is properly organized and staffed as designated by a written schedule, coordination of break rotation and delegation of tasks during both peak and non-peak periods
Other Requirements and Work Conditions
· Requires standing and walking during most of shift
· Valid Food Safety Manager certification
· Restaurant management experienced preferred
· Varying schedule to include evening, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
Salary : $23 - $25
