What you will get to do:
- Partner with customers to execute Advanced Manufacturing projects with excellence
- Work on projects in a variety of industries
- Project Management and Project Engineering work with customers
- Fulfill capital expenditure and capital project activities when called upon
- Be a technical resource to customers within your engineering specialization
- Manage your workload and schedule to balance customer projects and internal work
- Act as a consultant to customers and ensuring excellent service is provided
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or similar degree
- 4 years of engineering experience
- Previous experience in project management and/or industrial controls
- Experience working with a diverse range of industries
- Manufacturing experience within decommissioning, instillation, updates to lines, and organizational changes to processes
- Strong communication skills to update and build rapport with customers
- Exposure to quality or project management systems and documentation
- Hands on knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Understanding of moving, purchasing, some designing (small scale tooling/fixtures for example), and implementation of equipment
- Willingness to step onto the floor and be hands on when needed
- Previous experience worked with quality teams and ability to take quality into account when thinking through runs, lines, and throughputs of installations
- Familiarity or working knowledge in industrial controls platforms
- Willingness to do what it takes to provide exceptional service and grow the team
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
