What you'll get to do:
- Consult with senior leadership to create long-range operating and manufacturing goals
- Develop new products from concept to testing to production
- Re-work component builds using substitute materials
- Modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
- Collaborate with the marketing department to determine market potential for new products
- Oversee progress and timeliness of projects
- Ensure conformance with Quality Management System
- Act as Fulfilment representative to the Development-to-Fulfilment handoff process
- Review project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
- Plans and coordinates the work of engineering staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related experience needed
- 5 years of engineering experience
- 2-5 years of engineering management experience
- Ability to be an active engineer and team leader
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and MS Office required
