What you will get to do:
- Generate new business and manage existing accounts in the Southeast USA region
- Prospect, make cold calls, send emails, and visit potential clients to drive sales
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Use CRM/ERP software to manage sales forecasts, quotes, and opportunities
- Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Sales experience, especially in territory management or B2B sales, is a plus
- Experience in plastic packaging or with automotive OEMs is helpful, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales-related software
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and solution-selling skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
