Responsibilities
- Perform frame carpentry tasks, including building structures and frameworks for various projects.
- Execute cabinet installation with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage in metal stud framing for interior construction projects.
- Lay tile according to design specifications, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Conduct stucco application and repair as needed on various surfaces.
- Assist with mold remediation efforts, following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Handle heavy lifting and transportation of materials as required on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or related labor positions is preferred.
- Familiarity with stucco application, mold remediation, installation techniques, and tile laying is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Experience in metal stud framing is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing during work hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
