We are seeking an experienced Manager to coordinate and run disinfection operations and delivery of medical equipment at a Cleveland area Healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be accountable for supervising and coordinating the activities of 7-10 technicians who are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all patient care devices. We are looking for a leader to see that employee and company goals are met daily. Biweekly audits and performance evalations are also to be maintained.

Daily Responsibilities/Duties:
- Supervisors guide the activities of staff memebers to accomplish set goals.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the workflow of your employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
Assessing the work performance of your employees and identifying areas that need improvement
Ensuring that goals, deadlines and perfomance standards are met by performing spot checks and biweekly audits
Maintaining and monitoring employee performance and audit reports
Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
Setting goals for employees. Motivating and coaching the employees to meet their goals
Communicating with employees, management and customers
Using departmental software
