This intern will support our dynamic and fast-paced baby / kids licensed apparel business.
This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2025 to January 2026.
What You Will Do
The Softlines licensing intern will work with top licensees to create best-in-class fashion products, driving strategy to gain market share and maximizing floor space to increase revenue. Responsibilities include :
- Researches and responds to licensee requests
- Attend meetings and distribute notes to the category team
- Maintain and update buy boards
- Manage Box folders (including POS, on-order, pitches, and franchise info)
- Serve as liaison for marketing approvals
- Maintain and distribute licensee lists
- Work with associates on PR / Social Media requests
- Collect information for business analysis including trend research, and retail shopping visits / updates.
- Provide management support in the contract and amendment process when requested
- Prepares product presentations
- Performs other duties as assigned
