- Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional concierge-style service to our members
- Lead a team of professionals focused on creating personalized experiences for our valued members
- Provide leadership to cast members by rewarding and recognizing outstanding performance, coaching, counseling, discipline, and training and development
- Supervise daily staffing levels, forecast shift coverage needs based on demand, and manage supplies, stock, and operating expenses
- Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation
- Ensure timely follow-through and consistent application of policies and standards
About You:
">To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the Service Industry, excellent guest service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
