Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation in all aspects of food and beverage operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Monitor and control costs, labor productivity, and inventory management to achieve financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage leadership roles, preferably in luxury resorts or private clubs.
- Demonstrated expertise in wine and spirits knowledge, including wine and food pairings, cocktail creation, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
