Lifestyle Operations Leader - Disney Experiences

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Artisan Club, including fitness and aquatic activities. You will lead a team of Lifestyle Leaders and Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Guest Service Excellence: Demonstrate a passion for delivering genuine hospitality to a dynamic guest audience.
• Daily Operations: Lead the team to accomplish all aspects of daily lifestyle operations, including fitness and aquatics.
• Culture and Innovation: Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
• Pool Operations: Oversee the day-to-day lifeguard operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Activities and Programming: Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to enhance member experiences.
