This role serves as a key leader on the product team supporting the technology to deliver end-to-end experiences shoreside and onboard through the Disney Cruise Navigator mobile app and website. This team sits within the Technology & Digital segment of the Disney Cruise Line business located in Celebration, Florida. Reporting to a Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

This team sits within the Technology & Digital segment of the Disney Cruise Line business located in Celebration, Florida. Reporting to a Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of Product Managers to define and meet the needs of guests and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary business contact for cross-functional partners within the Disney Cruise Line business. Collaborate with other Disney Experiences Tech & Digital teams to ensure alignment with product standards.
- Stay informed of the latest technology trends and identify strategic opportunities to utilize innovation in solving business challenges.
- Lead and drive the product development roadmap through a data-driven, iterative approach, leveraging A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize product features and enhance the guest experience.
- 8 years combined business and digital experience with 2 years leadership experience.
- Lead teams with clear vision and accountability.
- Oversaw small to medium digital and tech projects, refining estimates, scope, and plans.
- Skilled in technical, user, and business issues in a tech & digital setting.
- Identified industry trends and their business impact.
- Worked collaboratively within large matrixed organizations.
- Effective collaborator at all levels with proven results.
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and conflict management.
- Proficient in Agile software development methodology.
- Evaluate emerging technology solutions and companies for suitability and viability.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinking, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
