Disney Entertainment is seeking an Intern to assist with supporting the financial and strategic planning efforts within Disney Entertainment Marketing.
This internship will provide the opportunity to work with marketing and finance stakeholders across various distribution platforms and brands, including Disney Entertainment’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms (Disney and Hulu) and linear TV brands such as ABC Entertainment, ABC News, Freeform, National Geographic, and Disney Branded Television. The intern will gain valuable experience in strategic finance within the media industry.
Program Dates: Approximately June 2025 through August 2025

What You Will Do
- Support the financial and strategic planning efforts within Disney Entertainment Marketing.
- Participate in Marketing annual planning process for Disney and Hulu
- Understand how marketing reinforces and amplifies title launches
- Provide senior leaders with key Marketing KPI trend updates
- Learn about competitive dynamics and acquisition lifetime value
- Strong analytical skills and interest in the entertainment industry
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business units
- Maturity to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
- Current Junior or Rising Senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
- This internship is a primarily on-site position.
- Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the New York City, New York.
