As a Senior Financial Analyst with DE&E Technology Finance, you will collaborate with and support the DE&E Technology organization to prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. You will also work closely with Accounting and Controllership on the recurring quarterly close process. This role will be responsible for managing both the Design and Commerce, Growth, and Identity (CGI) functional areas under DE&E Technology.

What You Will Do:
In DE&E Technology, every day is different! In Technology, change is constant, and operations are dynamic, so we must be flexible. On any one day you might:
- Prepare forecast, annual operating plan (AOP), long-range plan (LRP), and variance analysis for Design and Commerce, Growth, & Identity pillars in partnership with Tech teams and Corporate FP&A
- Manage quarter close by collaborating with Accounting to prepare accruals, reclasses, prepaid expenses, and various journal entries as needed. Report variance explanations as part of a quarterly close package.
- Track invoices and contractual obligations, reconcile general ledger data, and manage accrual and reclass processes for technology costs.
- Support operational day-to-day of professional services spend for broader Tech Finance team, partnering closely with Portfolio team within Business Operations
- Prepare ad-hoc reports, special projects, and presentations for various internal stakeholders across Technology and Finance.
- Establish strong relationships and collaborate frequently with key Technology stakeholders, including senior executives, chiefs of staff, budget owners, and engineers, to update forecasts, report actuals, and analyze trends.
- 2 years of consulting, financial services, or corporate finance experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative with strong problem solving, interpersonal and project management skills
- Attention to detail, desire for accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and navigate new systems/databases
- Intellectually curious with a desire to understand the business beyond the scope of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or a scientific field
- 2 years of related work experience in FP&A, public accounting, or financial services
- Experience working cross-functionally with individuals outside of Finance and Accounting
- Experience using SAP, Cognos TM1, Hyperion or other enterprise financial systems
Salary : $108,200 - $132,200
